It's slow for me too. :(

It's not Caption Contests 1 -100 (still moving up). Not the Explore page, Tyrannian shops page, Kredludor main page.

As an off-topic sidenote, I really enjoyed looking at the CCs this way because it's really clear how far neopets has come artistically.

Please, let's not have over three hints and make them decently hard ;)

Credit goes to lyn30ga who saw it in a place I already looked over thoroughly and claimed it was not in. I edited past messages so you cannot look for it there, but admit quite freely that I was wrong and totally missed it.
