It was mid-morning.

He had no serious injuries prior to that.

I was going to say something like Humpty Dumpty sat on a wall and then died a painful death, but that went out of my head, then I thought Jack and Jill went up a hill and then Jack fell and died a painful death, but no his friend is a male so that wouldn't work.

Does a car have anything to do with him dying?
