That's what I thought, but I wasn't positive. I thought that was a basic, understood rule that didn't have to be written...hence, confusion for me. Since Kuge cleared it up for me...

Alright, read and registered most stuff. Nothing left to do but VOTE: Kugetsu. He's always evil, and this vote doesn't matter at all in the big picture, as the odds of him actually being executed are slim to none.
