I wouldn't disown mine even if I hated the revamp -- there will always be colors that don't look like the 'vamp, like darigan, plushie, baby, maraquan, whatever, so you can usually find some color you like.

I would've disowned mine if there was NO revamp, but I definately like this one.

I just don't like the inconsistant line art. The Circle pose looks fine, as to the beaten, hit and defensive, but the other's all look like someone drew the head and someone else drew the body. You can tell they have differnet styles. It's hard to get passed.

And my female dog has a beard, so the goatee on my female Kougra doesn't look that bad. It's not that bad.

The lineart on the head and the body look different, so it looks like the head is about to fall off.

I painted one of my kougras orange a loooong time ago. So, I guess that makes me lucky to have one? I think? I dunno.

I'm excited. I havn't decided what color one of my kougras will be, but fire is looking like a good choice.

I hope they releash a grey kougra soon. ;.; and re-do the mutant one. :X

I'm glad I'm not the only person that noticed that. Poor kitty, it's head is just sitting there on top of his body, totally unattached, and the slightest breeze will knock it off.

Still too kittenish, but it could be worse. I still say the people that wanted a cute Kougra should have just shelled out the NP for a baby paintbrush.
In my opinion Kougras should look mature and regal. If all else fails, I'll paint my Kougra Darigan.

Just the one tiny insignificant thing I can find wrong with the Fire Kougra is that I think the bright fur around it's eyes would look better dark grey, like the belly...but who am I to complain? The Kougra revamp is perfect.

EDIT: Oh, and on the goatee thing, it doesn't bother me very much; Ohanzee's sort of a...'Vagabond'-type character. Actually, if you've ever read "Howl's Moving Castle", he behaves like Howl most of the time.
'Stinks if you have a female/regal kougra, though.

Coming from someone who has never liked Kougras, I was surprised there was a way to make me like them less.

They've lost everything that made them even remotely cool... Now they're just tiger cubs. I can't believe how cutified they've been...

Seriously, what kind of joke is this? It's gone from a smart-alecky but still cute pet (previous revamp) to a cross-eyed, goateed, happy smiling gnome. The mouth looks ready to accept a baby bottle. They can't even keep a consistent line shape or style! The body is blocky and angular, while the head is somewhat round and sketchy and looks like it was pasted on. Releasing it in pink first doesn't exactly help, either. The bright magenta color and the clashing blue eyes make it reminiscent of the joke revamp Cybunny.

I am starting to not like my Christmas Zafara and wanting to make it a Kougra....
But it can't be winged_ai if it isn't winged....
