Heh, I wish my draik on my other account would stay mutant too. I kind of like the mutant draiks. Now that I think of it...though I really like my baby ixi..the mutant ixi isn't bad either ^_^

I didn't see my pets, only after reading this thread... I now have a mutant Chia and Aisha. I kinda like them! I think it was funny what TNT did, although it was wreckless, not thinking how newbies would abandon their pets because they thought they were mutant forever. Just another one of TNTs mistakes... :roll:

I think that would be cool, too, but I bet they don't do it because it would offend people who's religions seriously don't allow them to celebrate those Holidays. Last year they were "considering" changing the name of Christmas pets to Seasonal or something, for that reason. But, they could do it for non-holiday brushes, like Darigan, Baby, Island, etc...

*goes to lordredhat's computer, pulls up draik's lookup on browser so he sees it when he comes home, and see how long it takes him to notice the text and if he freaks out or not :lol: *

Very true. I remember reading about changing the Christmas Paint Brush to the Happy Valley PB or whatever. Its too bad we cant just enjoy the "look" of something because of everything being so political. No offense to anyone of course.

I think if anyone, newbie or not, was stupid enough to abandon their pets without first checking the news or at least trying in some way to find out what was going on (and without noticing their pet's colors are still listed correctly in quick ref and on their lookups), they deserve what they get. No reason TNT should avoid doing a fun joke because a few (hypothetical) people don't get it.
