They don't only sing songs which are pop. It just so happens most of the songs they choose are pop. For instance they have the song by Jarule and Jlo (Odd, so many swear words) and 'Bring Me To Life' by Evanescence on there.

Hello everybody, i'm returning to ppt and also a newbie in this section of the board

well, i think THE one hit wonder is the Macarena. Damn, that song was everywhere...


about shakira, she had a huge carreer here in latin america.. then she switched to english... and we never heard about her again

Remember that song 'Another Dumb Blonde' by Hoku? I think she was sort of a one hit wonder.

I have a feeling Raven-Symone might be a One Hit Wonder because her song isn't that popular -- I still like it though.

Oh yeah, I totally forgot about Hoku! Guess a lot of these people are pretty forgettable. And yeah, hopefully Hilary Duff ends up like that, too. :P

Hmm...anyone remember the Divinyls with that totally inappropriate song? And Katrina and the Waves for that "Walking On Sunshine" which just seems to be on every commercial now? :roll:

Really? I've only heard one song which I think is called, "Wanna be my girl?" or something along those lines.
