Program: Paint Shop Pro 8, and I think I used Photoshop 7 to erase the BG.

ONE: I noticed that little spot by the left side of his glasses just now. That's what you get for 2 hours of sleep and graphics making.
TWO: My first blog. I think it turned out pretty good! :)

Ok everyone, Izzi in particular:
If your source image is located on a site which disallows hotlinking, upload it to your own server.
It's easier for me, and it's just more polite to the webmaster of the site you got your images from.
