Was the man high or something, believing he could do anything? ...believing he could fly?

Was the man mentally ill?

Was the man a show-off who liked to show off alot... ?

Is jumping off the building part of one of his crimes?

Has jumping off the building ever been a part of any of his crimes?

And for clarification, you say he chose to jump off the building himself and the people cheered his death, right?

Did he have much of a choice wether to jump? Did he jump because he was told to, or suggested to? Was he cheering at all when jumping, or happy?

If so... My guess is: He jumped off the top of the building and died because he had made a will saying that all his money was to be evenly distributed between charities and he died so they could get the money. (everyone was cheering because he helped out charities)
