The inequity in the soviet union leads to uneasy feelings between the working class and the space monsters. These space monsters have sinced tried to rectify the problem, but anytime they approach the workers requesting "rectification", the workers run away screaming "probe! probe!" This loud shouting of probe creates small transactional waves which create constructive interference with those created from people all around the world which produces a sound so large that it pops the ears drums of anybody with more than one ear. Anybody with two ears or more will experience a slight ringing in their ears akin to a high pitched, nasally voice saying "Chandler Bing" (without the Chandler) repititively in one's ear, thus "Binging" is formed.
