Because employers want you to look professional and if you have giant tattoos displayed in an interview, or while dealing with clients/the public it can be a huge problem. It really depends on the job I suppose, if you are going to be some lab tech stuck in a basement all day then it's likely less of a problem then if potential customers and whatnot can see you.

Sure, I'd get my lads name tattoed on me...if I could pick the language :lol: If I had to, I'd have like the chinese symbols tattoed on, so if we (god forbid) ever broke up, then I wouldn't like the eejit who has her ex's name on her arm/leg/back/some other place. Plus my lad has a girls name-not good =/
