Tiret's ears twitched lightly as a slight wind brought the smell of food to her nose. She stood on three of her paws, her left forepaw lifted as she took a few hesitant hops forward. All of this made her look even more harelike than she already was, especially the fact that she was spread out almost full length.

"Oof!" the white bunny said as John bumped into her. She took a surprised hop forward and bumped into the large, tan rabbit.

"Watch out there, little one." The tan rabbit reached down and patted Nikkou on the head. "You guys should be more careful," she said with a smile.

Nikkou shook her head. "I'm fine." She looked curiously up at the tan rabbit. "Why can't I go in?"

"Harmer is in there and he's stirring up a bit of trouble. You know how he is when he gets upset." The tan rabbit rolled her eyes.

"What's wrong this time?"

"It seems some of his vegetables have gone missing. Other villagers have complained about things missing as well. No one has seen anyone take anything, though. It's a bit odd. I wouldn't question something like this usually, but it's strange that these things have all mysteriously gone missing since this morning."

"How curious," Nikkou said and thought quietly. Suddenly, her eyes snapped open. "Oh, I totally forgot to introduce you! How silly of me." She smiled. "This is my friend Sabette." She motioned to the large, tan rabbit in front of them.

"Sabette, this is John, Elisa, and . . . I'm sorry, but I didn't get your name?" She turned to the brown-eyed bunny standing with them.

"Oh, I'm sorry," Tiret said. "I'm awfully impolite, aren't I? My name is Tiret. Its nice to me all of you."

Tiret then shook her head. "It's awful to hear about the vegetables! It sounds very much like the clover patches on my field, but at least I know what is causing those to disappear! Myself!"

"Hi, Tiret, Sabette!" Elisa said, happily. More friends!

"Who's Harmer? And why would anyone want to steal vegetables, when they could just ask for them?" The concept of theft was a foreign one to Elisa.

Nikkou smiled at Tiret. "It's nice to meet you. My name is Nikkou."

She turned to Elisa. "Harmer is a grumpy bunny. He doesn't talk much except to grunt and complain. He mostly stays in his home and tends his vegetable garden unless he needs something or he comes to the inn for a drink." Nikkou looked past Sabette to catch a glimpse of Harmer. The stocky, grey bunny was being held back by two slightly smaller male bunnies and was yelling and waving his mug at someone. A stern expression crossed her face. "He's not so bad. His bark is worse than his bite. Something must be really bad to get him this upset."

"Aye, it is," said Sabette. She looked to Elisa. "I don't know why someone would steal these things, either. Most bunnies around here are pretty nice and things are usually peaceful. No one would hold anything back if someone really needed it. That's why this is all so strange." She sighed as the commotion inside got a bit louder. "Here, let me take you around the back until things calm down a bit. I can explain more on the way."

Gender: Male
Appearance: Ilosser is black. His right back paw is white, and his whiskers are a creamy beigy colour. His ears are torn and white-patched.
Personality: Every day since I began RPing, to when I became a lurker on PPT and most other forums, I could never put down a personality. If I did, I wouldn't be able to stick to it. My characters have to develop with those around them. Sorry.]

Ilosser lolloped behind a thorn bush, sniffing carefully at it before crawling inside. Thorns caught in his fur, and he turned and took them out with his mouth. He lay down.

While attempting to snuggle down in the thorns, he heard voices outside the bush. Getting up again, he parted the thorns and peered through the gap at four other rabbits [I think it's four; Elisa, Tiret, Nikkou, Sabette?].

Grinning to himself, Ilosser untidily squeezed back through the hole in the bush, and ran up to them. "Hi!" he shouted at them, from a metre distance.

[Choose to know him or not, I don't mind.]

"Hi, Ilosser! It's good to see you," Nikkou said as the black bunny popped out of the bush and headed towards them. The group stopped for a moment.

"Guys, this is Ilosser. He lives here in the village." Nikkou introduced John, Elisa, and Tiret.

"Sabette was just telling us about the recent troubles. Have you heard about them?"

((Five bunnies: Nikkou, John, Elisa, Tiret, and Sabette. You forgot John. Also, I have more to explain about the recent happenings, so if you want Ilosser to know about them, don't say anything conclusive other then he knows, he's noticed some things missing, people being upset or something, please. ))

Ilosser grinned at Nikkou and Sabette, and nodded to the other rabbits. "How do you do?" he asked politely.

He scuffed the ground with his paw, and furrowed his brow. "Recent happenings? The theft? Terrible business." Ilosser shook his head. "Poor Harmer. I wouldn't get in his way for a while. You know what he's like."

Sabette nodded and motioned for the bunnies to continue around the building. "It's really odd. One night everyone went to bed and everything was fine. They woke up in the morning and things were missing. There didn't seem to be any signs of someone breaking in or much commotion. In Harmer's garden, there were just some footprints, but they don't look familiar. We can't make out what type of creature could have left them. In other places, it was less than that: some spilled bottles and missing potions from Gretel, a shelf knocked down and missing books from Teiro, Nora's broom was taken, Graner's mop and bucket, and more of the same from others. A couple items from a bunny here and a bunny there. Nothing that was of too much value was taken."

They were almost around the inn. Nikkou took in everything her friend said. "Hmm. That is very interesting. With all this going on, didn't anyone see anything or notice anything while it was happening?"

"Well, you know how Pan usually sneaks around and walks the night?"

Nikkou giggled. "Yeah, I would have thought it was him, but he wouldn't take anything and not give it back. He likes to play tricks, but he would have given in by now."

"Exactly. Well, on this night he was sneaking out to visit Thistle. I guess they were going to meet in the forest. Her father was none too happy to hear that." Nikkou laughed. "Anyway, on his way, he saw some shadowed figures creeping around the village. He tried to keep an eye on them, hiding behind houses and anything else that gave him a decent vantage point. He couldn't really make the shapes out. At one point, he stumbled in the dark and accidentally knocked a bucket someone had left out. The figures turned and then fled into the forest."

"So, he never found out who or what they were?"

"Nope. It wouldn't be too much of a problem, except for what they were trying to take when Pan interrupted them." The tan bunnies brows furrowed as they reached the back door of the inn.

"What was that?"

Sabette turned to the white bunny and company with a concerned look on her face. "They were trying to take Rysta's crystal."

"No . . ." Nikkou gasped in shock. "Seriously? Wow, that is serious. Is the crystal still safe? They didn't get it, did they?"

"Fortunately, there were enough wards on it that it couldn't be taken so easily, but the fact that they knew right where it was and tried is deeply disturbing."

Nikkou turned to her new friends. "Rysta is the leader of this village. She lives in that larger white home in the middle." She pointed to a beautiful house painted sparkling white. It was at least two stories, but it was hard to tell from the outside because the windows, which were beautifully framed in elaborate designs, were staggered at odd intervals around the home. "She is very kind and knowledgable. Everyone usually respects her judgement and opinion. She also guards the Nevermore Crystal. With the Crystal, she keeps our valley prosperous."

The white bunny turned back to Sabette. "It would be very dangerous if the Crystal landed in the wrong hands. Who knows what would happen to our valley without it."

The tan rabbit nodded. "Very true." Her expression softened. "For now, let's not worry about that. Your friends look hungry. I'm sure you could use a bite to eat." She smiled and opened the back door to the inn. A small grey bunny smiled and welcomed them in.

"Nisa, please lead Nikou and her friends to a table in the backroom, away from the commotion, so they can enjoy their food in peace."

"No problem." Nisa waved to Sabette as the tan bunny nodded her thanks and went on her way. The smaller bunny walked the group to a room containing a few tables, told them to make themselves comfortable and that she would be back soon to take their orders. She continued down the hall and left the bunnies to themselves.

Dustie had remained dormant for sometime. He had been hiding away in his burrow for such along time to shy to go out for it had been so cold. But today there was finally some sunshine melting the snow from above. What a great day to get out he thought. As he was out and about he realized that he was so hungry. All he had left were a few lettice leaves and some carretts. Now that was getting old fast. He needed a change. He rememberd an Inn at the back of the village. His nose seemed to follow the aroma.

The Inn seemed to be very busy for this time of day, Then he heard somthing about a theft and someone running into the forest. Could it be the man in the long black cape that he had seen earlyer the night before?? He sure looked suspicious as if he were trying to hurry away from some thing... Then he noticed something fall out of his pocket. being curious Dustie picked it up it was beautiful it appeard to be some sort of Crystal, yet it looked more like it could be from the rose quartze family yet it had a tinge of gold in it. He picked it up. He knew it did not belong to him yet he felt it did not belong to that fellow either. The word theft seemed to ecco threw his mind. Well he didn't intend on keeping it, nor did he try to find out who's it was. Yet there was something mysterious about it.

Not waiting to be seated he made his way to the back, found a table in a dark cormer and sat down. He pulled the object out of his pocket and began to look at it. Could their be more, where could this kind of mineral be found. Dustie had been doing plenty of digging around found some topaz but never anything like this. Then he rememberd reading in the paper last year about a jewlery store last year that had been robbed took all the diamonds and gemstones cleaned that store right down to nothing eaven took the black velvet from off the glass cases. Then it hit him Black velvet. Wasn't that what the cape was made out of that the man was wearing????

Dustie was so deep in thought he didn't even notice anything or anybody around him.

Ilosser had remained silent for a few minutes, listening to the friends' conversation, but at the mention of Rysta's crystal, he'd let out a little shriek. Now, he said, "Someone tried to steal Rysta's crystal? And they knew where it was?"

He pondered for a moment. Then, slowly, he said, "Nikkou... Sabette... do you think... well, if they knew where it was, either it was someone from the village, or someone from the village is helping them? Unless I'm much mistaken."

He thought for another moment, and then said, "What if we went to talk to Pan, get as many details as possible? We could try and help figure this out... protecting the crystal at the same time!"

He grinned at the thought of being slightly heroic, and lolloped quickly around the inn. "So, what do you guys think?" he asked the other rabbits.

Tiret nodded happily at the greetings. She listened quietly to the discussions, trying to sort out everything she could. But she was a simple field bunny, living off clover and sleeping on rocks, so she couldn't get everything that had been said.

Her nose twitched as she thought about what she could do to help. She didn't know many of the Bunnies in town, but, they were probably really nice.

She flicked her ears lightly, then hopped off following the others.
