Cry: Missed the Cirrus PPL by 200 days. Cutoff was 1326 days, mine was 1135 days.
Gloat: That does explain how I ended up with 11340 NP extra when I came on today...was inexplicable until I read the news.

...But this really sucks, I was totally looking forward to at least a medal. ;_;
