Princess Miyu was nervously patrolling the camp at Mount Hyjal, the demons were after her, she knew it, and she wouldn’t go down easily. She heard footsteps and some deep, rumbling laughter, and her fingers went straight to her bow. “Haha… you think that pathetic arrow will stop me?” the figure said mockingly, and as she fired the arrow at it, it was deflected to one side by the massive blade the being held. “It’s time to die, little elf, and stay that way.” There was a swing, and a cry of anguish as the blade bit into flesh and bone.
Later, Kugetsu was sitting down outside his tent, trying to meditate, when someone approached and muttered a few words. Suddenly a block of ice appeared out of no where, encasing him, but he was quick with his shield, and was completely protected, even when the ice shattered, sending shrapnel flying everywhere.
What Kugetsu wasn’t prepared for, however, was the curved blade to the back of the head when he scrambled back to his feet, and he was gone.
Over at the Well of Eternity, Ric was just getting settled in when he was hit by a familiar green flash…
As dawn broke, they gathered around the bodies of the two dead Night Elves. Princess Miyu was of course Shandris Feathermoon, nothing had changed in the time she was revived. Kugetsu was clearly the great Malfurion Stormrage, leader of the druids, and the one summoning Treants. Yet again the Night Elves had been targeted, it was very troubling.
