monkeychick01, it definately is a shopkeeper and she is definitely in the neopedia :)
and remember it can be any part of an image, not just the subject of that image :)

Ok the only shopkeepers i've found were kauvara and mika and carassa... and none of those are right... are they?!

Yeah i know, i havent finished looking, i was only on the 2nd page when i posted that...lol but i'm getting there, i found an exact match except for the white on the side... grr!! ok well i'm gonna keep looking :D

it doesnt obiously say "This person is a shop keeper" u gotta read properly lol

im not shure i worded it right i said "item in picture of person in neopedia
