Is this famous place located in a city type place?
Is this famous place located in a rural place?
Do lots of people visit this famous place?
Does this famous place also have a franchise in other types of entertainment such as t.v. shows, toys, stuffed animals etc...?

Is this famous place a place for sports(such as swimming, skiing, but not all in one place just one sport place ex. a ski hill)?

Well, St. Peters Square is in Rome but right outside of the Vatican. Although all Catholic churches are property of the Vatican (I think at least), so logically it's either a curch or St Peter's square. Sistine Chapel?
