Ah, much better! Well, there could be trainers from each region with like Pokemon, or the alt. costumes for this Pokemon Trainer could be other-region trainers with other-region Pokemon. Just an idea.

I have to agree that adding a trainer is a neat idea. I would love the alternate costumes to be the other trainers. I would play as Hikari the whole time

I will admit making a trainer as a playable character is a gamble, but I know I have been trying to do so for at least a year. It is hard since you have to work the Pokemon into the equation. I find it most ironic that the same time I mention the one trainer I will test on the field Nintendo announces an actual character along the same model. I really hope it works for them.

The only pokemon variations are Normal/Shiny, and it would be confusing to have 4 Charizards on screen at the same time...

Playing with the trainer should be a very interesting experience. But personally, I think I wll always use Link.
