Hmm.. I did not choose a boon yet. Was actually too sick to care on Monday, but at least I did my ultra-minimal dailies (Trudy's and bank interest). After a trip to the doctor yesterday morning and buying out the pharmacy around lunchtime, I am feeling decent enough to go back to work today.

Today, I chose the Cartogriphication boon

Thanks, Daze. Sorry to hear you are also under the weather! Asthmatic bronchitis for me. It really came on suddenly, too. Went from "mild" sinus pressure (as in - when your top teeth hurt from the pressure) to crackly chest bronchitis in less than 4 days. Hooray for meds. I am back up to ~75+ today Could be higher, but I went back to work yesterday. Today was far too long there and it knocked me back a peg or two.

Hope you both feel better soon. It took a solid month for me to get over my cold-turned-cough-turned-the-doctor-wasn't-sure-if-it-was-allergies-or-sinus-but-either-way-it's-finally-better (except for the pulled muscle that's interfering with my ninja training - I recommend not coughing into the same elbow repeatedly when you're sick). The pulled muscle, which I think is the intercostal, is gradually getting better; I just have to be careful and not do things that overstress it (which isn't obvious - things like push-ups and hanging from the Vertical Limit tweaked it).

(I've just been editing my post with my updates, but I guess I'll make a new one tomorrow. I've only refreshed once so far.)

Edit Day 4: Well, I used the boon. I'd still rather get 2 guaranteed levels than a 1/3 chance of movement, even though technically I came out the same in the long run. To me, it's worth any* price difference for that certainty.

*I mean, obviously not if the price difference were tens of thousands of NP, but I don't think there are any quest cards worth that much...

Day 6: Wow! Three battle faeries?! This has already been a great cookie. Hopefully I get decent quests once the boon is gone, though...

I thought the same about the Earth and Grey quests. I really don't need strength, or a FFQ, so I thought I would gamble on a better faerie. 4/5 refreshes worked, so not bad at all.

I really like the Light Faerie quests, I need a few levels and the item is a collectable card, which I have in my collection. Then I can just re-buy off the SSW.

Soup Faerie usually seems like a good quest, but of course now I kind of wish I'd refreshed. Technically I lost money from the boon this time, but considering 3 battles + 2 soup faeries, I'm definitely not complaining!

Edit Day 9: Wish I still had the boon! I could have just rejected the quest, but when it's under 2k, I figure it's not bad to occasionally train movement. It's up to 151 now.

Chose Bank Bribery. It isn't a lot of extra NPs, but it is the easiest thing to get this week.

Same here, Daze! I wish there was a boon that let you visit the healing springs every five minutes, though!
