My guess twas you gotta complete one of her quest and you'll get it randomly finishing one...like Edna's avatar.

Alternatives: beating her in BD, just doing and completing a quest.

EDIT: BTW...how long has Christmas Kyrii been out. Snice Neocolurs is hacked...I can't look at color anymore. :(

Never noticed how cool x-mas kyrii looked.

Maybe it'll be something like the mystery island plot where you had to save island-lady-I-forget-her-name? :o Unfreeze Taelia? Just a guess. Hoping not, it's too perty to not be widespread.

Before you guys overreact -- it's more a lavender/light pink than purple. It's a nice use of lighter colors and makes it cute, the colors remind me of sherbet.
