I'm wondering if Anvil was killed because of a bus driver or something. How many roles are there that tamper with lists?
Anyway I'm assuming Sauron was some kind of OMT? It's bad news if he can't be rezzed, though, usually that only applies when the role is passed on.

Location: Watching little birds fly kamikaze missions into the walls.
I'm inclined to believe that the bus driver was involved with Anvil's death, and that Anvil had an heir of some sort to his role. Normally, if there was an heir, we wouldn't have been told what Anvil's role was, so that's something a little strange. Perhaps his powers got split off to different people?

I'm done with Lothlorien for now, so I will move to: Rivendell.

Vote: No Execution as we don't have anything to go on at this point.
