I feel satisfied. Did some sSalvia rehearsals today for our debut gig tomorrow (check us out at http://www.ssalvia.com/) and some song writing.

Now I'm doing some PPT work before heading off to the gym. Orthopedic surgeon says I can do weights again wooo!
