I was. Couldn't bring myself to do it though. She doesn't look that bad shadowed. Really dark, actually, which is the polar opposite to my baby uni. Nice contrast.

i really want him: but I might have to settle for a narwool. the narwool looks too happy, though. decisions, decisions.

Faerie Raindorf: This was the first thing that came to mind. I suggested this to Kitten Medli (I think...) when she was searching for a colour to paint her Gelert so that it matched her Raindorf. Not sure why, but it worked pretty well - although Royalgirl matches a bit better...

After that, I looked for medieval petpets that matched. After all, what prince wouldn't want something like this:

Mortog: Well, it's green, so it goes well with the green on the Gelert. Plus, it totally smacks of the Frog Prince... or Princess as the case may be.

Blue or Green Ganuthor: Both match well with the colours of the Gelert - green with his fur, blue with clothes.

Blue or Pink Symol: Another colour match - this time both with his clothes. You could also try the Green Symol, but it doesn't match as well with his fur as some of the others.

Plushie Dragoyle: Not sure what this matches on, but it looks good.

Pink Dragoyle: Colour match with his clothes. Besides, who wouldn't want a Dragoyle? Ditto for the Plushie!

Plushie Gallion: It's a Gallion. It's painted Plushie. What's not to like? Plus, it's a colour match with his clothes.

the whinnies and alkenore are like royal steeds, and the mortog and greeble are like the frogs that turn into princes. and for some reason, the bilguss looks like something that would serve a king. the pinklets are like bodyguards and the turtums are just rather royal.

Arg, I matched up 7 pet/petpet combos, left the comp for a break, came back, and people had already posted what I was going to post. These three were the only ones left in my post that no one suggested.

For the record, I like the Royal Gelert/Greeble combo, Faerie Shoyru/Raindorf combo, Faerie Zafara/Doglefox, and Faerie Ixi/Doglefox combo. ^^

Heh, I'm usually the one suggesting petpets, but now I have a request myself
My Acara currently has a Ghostkerchief, which he has had attached to him since he was created/hatched/born. I'm thinking about possibly replacing it when he turns Royal, but I'm not sure. Just in case, does anyone have any suggestions?

i don't know if these are cheaper these are than the drackobunny, but i'm fairly certain that they're all cheaper than the zumagorn.
why, oh why do zumagorns cost so much? *looks longingly at my avatar*







the mortog matches the trim of the jacket. a leftover from the prince's mysterious past? gathows are just the spoiled, pampered pet that a spoiled, pampered ruler needs. noils--especially the silvery white ones--look good with royal pets (king of the jungle and all that) but my favorites here are the hornsby and the whinny.
