probably won't happen until the war's over or there's something in the plot where players can help her .... kind of like the tp faerie in the Mystery Island plot.

man, freezing talia was a really stupid idea for neo to do. Why?

Sticky snowball prices are inflated during a war as it is. With out talia supplying them, the've gone up to 1k+. Nearlly every other snowball is at outragous prices as well. >_<

Not only that, if you restock at the chocolate shop...tough luck. --'

Yea. Well thats why neo`s chocolate market will be on the rise once they unfreeze her =D. Thats why choco restockers should just stock pile all the items they restock.

Maybe the Neopets Team caught Talia cheating. So they froze her. And she must send an email to the Neopets staff to get unfrozen. Jk. :roflol: :evil: ~:>
