Its probably another event thats similar to the flying scorchio one or the Hope you're having fun ones or something.

The text looks a little off for a Neo Random event, so it might just be a fake RE that users like to add to their pages and shops.

When I posted the message, I copied the html exactly from the page i got it on ... and it wasn't faked from shop as I wasn't in a shop (or user lookup) at the time. Perhaps what you're seeing is the difference in font, which can be attributed to differences in style sheets between neopets. com and pinkpt.com.

I've seen numerous people quote random events, and the text is never the same here :)
