Many, many, many. I didn't even sign up for the Yahoo Toolbar thing and I had the ability to get one. So I'd say MANY.

It was a special giveaway for supporting some Neopets/Yahoo Toolbar thing, when you downloaded it you could have an exclusive Ice Bori but the offers over now.

Thats how i got mine but Simsman said that he/she got 1 without singing up for the yahoo tollbar

I read once that if you put an Ice Bori up for adoption, it will turn into a blue Bori. Is this true? I have one that I'm not particularly interested in keeping, or at the very least I'd like to put it in a side account, but I don't want to if it will turn blue.

I don't know how many Ice ones there are, but I would suspect a lot. It seems that every other account I visit has one.

Do you think this isn't fair to people who live outside the US because at that time only people from a CERTAIN country could download the toolbar and thus get an ice bori.

I hope theres another chance to get one.
