I was frozen recently, and I want to get unfrozen (duh). Anyway, in my new account, I'm using a new email that's different than the one I used in my last account. From what email do I email them about my account? I don't really want to change my email to my last email because it had problems and sometimes I wouldn't get the emails I was sent...

EDIT: I'm planning on using the automatic form, but I need to know because I'll try emailing again from my own email too.

its better to email them with the account you registered with because it also is a source of identification of your neo account...

If you sometimes don't receive emails that were sent to it, you should check your junk mail filter because maybe your email provider is blocking the emails or thinking that its spam or something

Don't email them with a hotmail account or one from mail.com. Neither of them can recieve mail from Neopets.

That's not true--I just sent in a password retrieval request and recieved it instantly, and my address is at hotmail.
