I used to get on neopets all the time, but a while ago it started saying the "oops you've been directed from the wrong page, chances are you have security settings not letting you play neopets correctly." so i just quit getting on thinking it would go away, but it still does it. I've messed with my security settings for my computer, but is there some for neopets too? has this happened to anyone else? And its not the kind where it does it once and if you try again it works like how neopets used to do, it wont work at all however many times i try. :?

i did ive tried disabling all of them but it still wont work...

Most of the time you don't actually have to disable the programs. What security programs are you using?

If you are running a Firewall like Nortons or Zone Alarm Pro you will run into that problem, if that's your problem read the help files to find out how to allow neopets as a safe site.

I know that if you are using norton, just disable all of your security setting for neopets.com alone. That should fix your problem, .
