Cute! I can't believe they don't have a Mareaquan Shoyru.
I think the wings should be different though...more suited for underwateriness. O_o

Color sceme makes me think Mara buzz and that's good. I love the blue and white blend. =D
Looks areally great,but like Requiem said...the wings don't look...aquatic enough. IMO, I think they should be smaller and webbed like Mara Scorchio. Not that small, though. ;)
After all, who's ever seen a Maraquan pet flying?

I really like your royal one. This one is cute too. They fit the neopet style really well.

It reminds me to draw one for the faerie ruki and try neomailing Adam and the idea's suggestions.

Wow, it looks like a perfect Neopet. If Neopets ever releases a Maraquan Shoyru, I know it won't be as good as this on is. The little fins are pretty cute. And the smile in the happy pose is so innocent. <3

I removed the lines from the webwings and made the little frogball tips bigger. What do you think?
