I've just noticed this:

He says "Good evening Madam". It was 7pm NST at the time and I am indeed female.

So I was wondering, does he say "Good morning" when it's morning, and does he call male account holders "Sir"?

i'm female, so he calls me madam, but yes, he says "morning" and "afternoon" and "evening" according to the time NST.

he's done that for a long time now.

That's really impressive, they so didn't have to bother doing that - I love little touches like that, it really makes the site feel real :)

lol... simple spreadsheet techniques... in fact they use those same techniques in Petpages with the #username# and stuff...

Funny, I was wondering whether he said "Madam" to everyone, it would be sort of funny to have him say to you if you weren't, well, a girl. It is kind of nice that they took the time to do that.
