I was browsing the BDC today and noticed someone saying that the only items appearing at restocks were items rarity 89 and below.
90 and above weren't showing up.
They claim this is the new restock ban.
I don't know if it's true or not, but I noticed some restocks at the Snow Foods Shop and the only newly stocked items were ice lollies. (Just- Ice Lolly)
Can anyone confirm this?
I really, really hope it's just a mistake.

Oh wow I wish I knew if that was true or not Ive noticed the usual rare books coming up but if anyone can fill us in it would be appreciated :)

They made is so accounts less than 1 month can't restock R90+. Trying to stop autobuyers.

Apparently, it was hubrid's suggestion. (Assuming you know who that is)
I just restocked a lot of stuff, a lot easier. :D

I agree it is a REALLY good move on Neos part. Makes life much easier for people like us who legitmately restock and wonder how on earth something can sell out so fast. Go neopets!

I can understand your frustration and where your coming from its hard to implement rules that will fit everyone...and yeah you can still make np from smaller items

I think it's pretty bright. It keeps the run-of-the-mill scammer from restocking...dude actually has to scam the old-fashioned way for 30 days.
