I can't believe we don't have a thread on Keane yet.

They pwn so bad :D

So does their album - I'm still partial to Bedshaped and This Is The Last Time, but I like She Has No Time and We Might As Well Be Strangers. :D

It goes a NATIONWIDE MERCURY PRIZE for an album of the year too! :D


And, just a little bit of random info, the piano they use is a yahama thingy. The same as my piano teacher's one :D

I'v only heard 2 songs from them, and in my opinion they're pretty good...

Although they're music seems to be pretty soft and quite, sometimes I think the lead singer is whispering rather then singing o_0

Eee, yes, This is the Last Time and Bedshaped are my favorites too. <3

Have you heard any of their other songs that are either unreleased or were relased on some of their singles? Snowed Under is my all-time favorite, closely followed by the version of Allemande with the guitar (there's another that's completely piano, but it's just not as cool, IMO).

I'm super-bummed, though. They're playing in Houston on the 26th, but it's on a school night and it doesn't start until 9:00.. so I wouldn't be home 'til like, 2:00. If only I actually lived in Houston.. XD
