You can get Medal, Bronze, Silver and Gold from the Cellblock game.
I've been playing it only recently and I've received my medals and trophies (up to the silver one) at the correctly designated places in the game rules (that's what I copy and pasted into the quote box).
Sounds like it could be a glitch. I know some people experience the same sort of thing while playing Cheat. Sorry to hear about it.
