That's an awfuly specific topic for a forum. I don't ever think that there has been a topic about it in over a year (when they were first released.)

We don't want to go overboard with boards created for whatever reason. A board is only created if there is a good demand for the topic, and I just don't see it with Pocket Neopets.

Can you imagine how long it would take to scroll from the top of the forum to the bottom if we added a board for every piece of Neopets Merchandise?

Maybe not Pocket Neopets, but I would *VERY* much like to see a Trading Card Game forum and a Merchandise forum; if need be, the two can be integrated.

I'm fairly sure the reason there isn't a TCG/Merchandise forum is because there's not enough need for it. There's not really enough topics created to justify the creation of a board just for that purpose.

I remember how long it took to get a Literature board, from the first suggestion of it to the actual creation of it. It was a long time.

My best suggestion would be that, if you want to discuss Pocket Neopets, create a thread for it (if there isn't one already). Just make sure it goes in the appropriate forum. General Chat is the obvious, unless it's a poll, then it would go in Neopets Polls.
A single splittable thread for Pocket Neopets, as well as a seperate thread for TCGs should suffice, shouldn't it? Unless the threads are needing to be split every 12 hours, or more often, then it's really not necessary to create any new forums.
Let's look at the creation of new forums the same way we look at the creation of new usergroups. I'm gonna steal the example Jim likes to use (thank you, Stephen King). If five people want a usergroup (or new forum) about china pigs, should they get one? It might be nice to give these people a place to discuss their little figurines, but how active would the board really be? Not too active.
For the meantime, all talk of china pigs can be handled in Miscellaneous Discussion. And all talk of various Neopets merchandise can be handled in the appropriate Neopets forums.
