Ah, I loved all of AFI's music. "I wanna go to shows! Don't wanna pierce my nose! I wanna moehawk, but mom won't let me get one." And Cereal Wars is an awesome song, I sing that everytime I run down the cereal asile in the supermarket.

I still love AFI to death, supporting all of their music no matter how much they have changed.

Hehehe, I mean really what do you expect when my name is AFI_Sorrow?

I actually like their newer stuff...
Davey's voice sounds much better in Sing the Sorrow than in Answer That And Stay Fashionable IMO... He sounds like an angry teenager in the older stuff.
Never the less, they still are my favorite band.

Yeah, they are pretty good.

Some of their songs make me want to take a brick to their head though.

Love love love this band. If any of you could see my room, you'd understand. I saw them when they played Edmonton in 2003, and it was great. I've been listening to them since grade 8 ( '98 ), and still love them. Although their new stuff is musically superior to the older stuff, I'm still partial to Very Proud of Ya and Black Sails in the Sunset. We were lucky at the Edmonton show, as they played both Cruise Control (lol) and This Secret Ninja. They also played No Poetic Device (my favorite song!! ) and many others from BSitS.

I got the chance to meet Davey, Jade, and Adam, and they are honestly the sweetest guys ever. Davey has a shirt that I made him back in the day... and according to Fritch, their general info guy, it's still hanging in their tour bus to this day. Which makes me happy.

Ah, Laeyla I was waiting for you to post too. I didn't know you met them! *le gasp!* And made Davey a shirt? *double le gasp!* And they played Cruise Control? *triple le gasp giggle snort!* I love that song...hehe.

At my friend's house he has a wall in his brother's room where his friend Leo drew a huge AFI tribute. It's awesome, the letters AFI have bat wings on them, and he drew a little dragon underneath it. We're very sad because one day we'll have to paint over it.

Ahahaha... best noise EVER! Yeah.. Adam was hanging out before the show, and my friend Pat and I were there like 5 hours early, so we hung out with him for a little. Davey and Jade I met after the show outside... they were just hanging around after almost everyone else left. I have a few really bad pictures of the show that I'll upload for ya... plus a picture of jade that makes me cry... you'll see why. :p
