Adam still visits this forum so he may see this

Just post or submit your ideas. Even if you got frozen, you might be unfrozen or there are chances.

Just remember I'm not taking the perm one out, just the temporary one in.

Ideas:

1. People get happier
2. Because happier people is what you want
3. Scammers can still get frozen
4. Frozen will no longer be the feared word
5. Kids can still play WITH an account

A partition is where you separate an amount of something from something else.

A petition which is what I presume you mean will not work.

There have been many, many long discussion about how permanent freezing does not work, how it affects the wrong people, how scammers just make new accounts, how its a single punishment for hundreds of "crimes"

Currently, TNT does not seem to want to do it.

I think this would be a much better idea. It would also solve the problem of accounts which were hacked/scammed, and then frozen because of the scammer's actions.

However, I have to agree with Skullsplitter, I don't see this happening anytime soon.

They should have something like this:

Scammers : Permanently Frozen
Spammers : Banned from Trading Post, Notice Board, and Neoboards for ___ amount of time here.
Autobuyers : Banned from all shops for an amount of time....they do it again = Frozen.

Etc...

though when you have a donation found in the trading post with 200 cheap items with the same wishlist, they will consider it as spamming too!

and when you buy really quick isn't that autobuying too?

No, because any permanent ban will still hit people who are innocent. Getting banned for 5 weeks because you were either scamming or apparantly scamming will probably be as good as an icing for actual scammers and your genuine player will probably come back. Everyone wins.
