whenever i put the URL into the required box in my profile it keeps coming up as being to big for the bords..it is 400x100..but it keep somcing up as that..please help

Maybe it's the filesize, it can't be over 50kb total for av and sig, and i think 25kb for either

what type of file extension is it? sometimes that causes problems.

Several things could cause it...

1) If it's not a .jpg or a .gif it won't work
2) If the filesize is over....what's the limit? 50 kb? IT won't work.
