Woah! You drew that?! That's the best thing I've ever seen you draw. No really, it's awesome. She looks like she's all excited and anticipating something, with her smile and the way her arms are. Suggestion: Try adding highlights to the hair and seeing how that works out. But this is reeeaaally good! ^^

My only complaint is that the pattern on the outfit is strange. it should look like the arms are upside down due to the fact that the faerie's arms are up.
