Has anyone heard their new single "No Suprise"? I saw the beginning of the video for it and instantly changed it because I hate music like that. But than my friend mentioned she was obsessed with them so I gave them a try and it turns out "No Suprise" is an awesome song.

Anyone else like this band?

If I remember my band history correctly... Nickelback discovered Theory of a Deadman and either wanted to sign them onto their record label but couldn't, or did.

Either that or I've mixed up TOAD with Default. But I think Nickelback had a part in both.

You gotta admit, TOAD and Nickelback do sound very similar.

They're not identical They have a lot of similarities and the same type of style, but the lead singer of Nickelback did discover them so this is only natural. However no two bands are exactly the same and you can hear the subtle creative differences if you're looking for them.
