I cant figure it out man,i get on different links and channels and stuff and im connected but theres never ne1 but me saying hello??cause no1's there,plz help(i prolly sound like a whiny lil' kid but i dont care,lol)

I'm not familiar with chats, but are you sure that you have the correct stuff installed to get it to work? An out-of-date version of some software may let you see enter the chat room, but not see anyone in it.
