I got a neomail from someone on the neoboards, asking me for help, because I already tried to help them. But, I don't have Paint Shop Pro, so I don't really know what they're dealing with. Could anyone help?

In PaintShop Pro 7:

To resize:
Go to Image > Resize, you can resize by percentage or by pixel size.
You may want to sharpen the image afterward, by going to Effects > Sharpen

To save as a gif or jpeg:
Go to File > Save As
Pull down on the dropdown and find the filetype you want.

Same thing for PSP 8, that Chassie mentioned. But if it's TOO sharp, in PSP 8, go to Adjust - Sharpness - Unsharp Mask. Can't remember my settings, but it looks normal to me.
