My friend S-chan and I were talking about random stuff on MSN today whilst searching random anime sites. After a while, she found out that Ren's name in French is Lain. Ten minutes later, we had come up with a joke that was too good to waste....

Poor guy....He's just so fun to embarrass!

EDIT: Okay, some legitimate Ren fanart. I dunno why I keep drawing him....Anyway, this is my favorite ever pose so I did two colorations of it, one in pencil and one in Photoshop. I need those pants.

I love how Ren's hair is actually sticking out through the Lain costume. Hah, oh gosh, I'm saving that. It's well drawn too.

Originally I was going to leave the hair spike off, but then I gave myself sort of a mental slap and said "It's REN! He IS the hair spike!"

Hehe, my brother says I need to do Lain wearing the Ren outfit now. Maybe while I'm on vacation x)

Ooo, now you have a new picture. I love it! I think the one colored by hand is better, just because I prefer hand colored art to computer art.

... just, I was listening to "A Whole New World" from Disney's Aladdin and when I saw the pants Ren was wearing in those last two pics... well, I couldn't stop thinking of the princess Jasmine.
