If everyone can tell me what they think of it, that'd be great. Also, don't mind the evil popups. When you click the splash, I think it does it every time, but on the actual page, it doesn't do it the second, third, fourth and so on times you click on the advertise, update links, and ect.

is at the top of every page when viewing it with IE?

Argh. That's the CSS code. I always have that problem with CSS. n_n I guess that tells me the scrollbar isn't working.

I'll try to see what I can do to fix it.

EDIT - Now that I think about it..how DO I fix it? CSS + me = not a good mix
