Everytime I log in I check the 'Log me in everytime' button. And I still, on rather frequent occasions, am not logged in when I open the site. o_O

It appears to be a problem with cookies. Try clearing your cookies and cache/temporary internet files and restart your browser. It should eliminate the problem.
