You can sell it, use it, feed it to your pet; whatever you'd like.

RULES:

1) Don't enter multiple accounts. If I find multiple accounts have been entered, ALL entries will be disqualified.
2) Post your Neopet's username, and some form or saying that you would like to enter this giveaway.
3) Enter by January 1, 2006.

METHOD:

I'm going to list all of your names and corresponding neopet's usernames on a sheet of paper. Each person will be listed in the order of whence they entered. Each name will have a number. Rule four- Enter 'Meep' somewhere so I know that you read nearly everything I wrote. Entries that do not have this will be ignored. A random number generator I programmed in C++ will randomly generate a number. This number, which will correspond to a person, will tell who has won the giveaway.
