I'm making a Doraemon(You have no idea what that is, do you? And no, it's not anything related to Dora the Explorer or some other thing with "Dora the ___" in it) Guild but all I have is background music, a colour scheme, but no layout, no cursor, not even a logo!

I presume you're asking for someone to help you make a layout, in which case you're not in quite the right place.
