The title pretty much sums up the rules. Somebody asks a silly question and the next person posts up the silliest awnser they can think of, for example:

1.Why is the sky blue?
2.Because :D is evil.

and then 2, will ask a question. If that makes no sense please tell me and I can edit my post.
