A friend of mine just got a new laptop and we are trying to cam and directly connect on aim, but he keeps getting this message: Unable to complete the connection with your buddy. This may be due to the configuration of the firewall.
Can someone tell me a way that he can fix this problem? It worked fine for us on his old computer, so we know its a problem on his end.
He has tried turning off the firewall completely, and that still doesn't work.
