Wow. That is indeed amazing. The shading is just about perfect and the whole thing is just... wow.

If you added in a darker background it would make the faces pop, rather then having them sort of shade into the background. But otherwise quite nice. I'd try pushing the lights/darks a little more overall as well.

I know what you mean, but the photo doesn't help- there's more contrast IRL whereas for some reason the photo makes everything have a grey tone.
