Grr. Its making me frustrated. Ive tried outlining some of my art in photoshop, but it really hard. Are there certain programs specifically for line work?

Photoshop, Illustrator and Flash (that I know of) let you do vector drawing - which is basically the ultra-smooth lines like you see in Neopets artwork and other cartoon images.

I went on about it in this thread for a while ;) ... and also posted this tutorial for using the "pen tool", which is what you use to draw the lines :)

Yes, you can downloaded it here> http://download.zdnet.co.kr/pds/pds_dow ... 5842&navi=
Its in Korean but im sure you can find where the download button is(red arrow). After you download it you will have to click free trial since you havent bought it yet.
