Theres a process which opens periodically wherein you'll be asked to submit an application. From the applications recieved, new mods will be chosen.

If you're smart about it, you'll involve cake. Outside of the application process, just don't be a jerk on the forums, show yourself to be a good member and such. Modding is more than just telling people what to do.

In all seriousness though, what Xil said is right. Just keep in mind a lot of people will apply for the position, as applications don't open very often - last time, over 100 people applied, and only 6 were selected.

It's more the psychological issues that may arise from taking the smecksie clothing off Yukios smecksie cookies in order to eat them...
