Confused. Rate the person? Like, how much you like them, or how good of a person are they? Doesn't sound all that nice.

its how you would rate the person's way to be, or post-o-nality(BAD pun, VERY BAD pun). like, i givee extra points for carefree, relaxed and such, but other people have other critirea.
